The Ramah Day Camp LA Program Director works closely with the Day Camp Director and the Ramah year-round professional team to lead and implement all aspects of our summer program. The Program Director oversees program planning; summer staff hiring, training, and supervision; camper and staff recruitment; and year-round camp communications. We are looking for a leader who is innovative, collaborative, deeply committed to Jewish education, and thrives in a high-energy, mission-driven environment.
Camp Ramah in the Poconos seeks a passionate and results-driven Major Gifts Officer to join our collaborative advancement team. The Major Gifts Officer will play a critical role in achieving our annual fundraising goals, with a primary focus on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors ($10,000+). This position will directly support our $2 million annual revenue goal and contribute to the long-term sustainability and vibrancy of the Camp Ramah community.
Reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Social Media and Communications Coordinator is responsible for our social media, website management, alumni communications, fundraising campaigns, digital content, and all content creation.
Ramah Darom seeks a Director of Development & Board Relations who is a highly motivated, mission-driven and a proven strategic fundraiser to join the organization’s Leadership Team. Ambitious and entrepreneurial, the Director of Development will have the opportunity to continue elevating philanthropy among current donors and building a pipeline of the next generation of major donors, including but not limited to camp and retreat alumni, parents, grandparents, community leaders and foundations.
The Program Director is a full-time position reporting to the Co-Directors. The role has two primary areas of focus: year-round camper recruitment and summer program management. You will lead efforts to recruit new campers and engage current families to ensure retention for future summers.
