The National Ramah Commission is building a team of part-time interns who will develop systems to organize alumni and donor data across all Ramah camps. The internship will take approximately five hours per week, and report to the NRC Director of Analytics. Each intern will work with one or more Ramah camps, and learn their existing data infrastructure and systems.
Ramah New England is looking for a detail-oriented team member to handle bookkeeping tasks, including A/P (Bill.com), deposits, reconciliations, financial report drafts, daily credit card tracking, and payroll. They will assist with HR needs such as new hire packages and benefits administration, manage petty cash, support scholarship applications, and handle confidential information with care. Flexibility is key, as this role may also help with events, filing, and occasional reception coverage.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions for Camp Ramah in California. This role will be essential in managing various HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall well-being and development of staff. The HR Manager will work closely with the COO to provide benefits support, ensure compliance, strengthen employee relations, and more. This is a 10-15-hour per week position, ideal for a professional looking to contribute to a positive and engaging camp environment.
The Ramah Day Camp LA Program Director works closely with the Day Camp Director and the Ramah year-round professional team to lead and implement all aspects of our summer program. The Program Director oversees program planning; summer staff hiring, training, and supervision; camper and staff recruitment; and year-round camp communications. We are looking for a leader who is innovative, collaborative, deeply committed to Jewish education, and thrives in a high-energy, mission-driven environment.
Ramah Darom seeks a Director of Development & Board Relations who is a highly motivated, mission-driven and a proven strategic fundraiser to join the organization’s Leadership Team. Ambitious and entrepreneurial, the Director of Development will have the opportunity to continue elevating philanthropy among current donors and building a pipeline of the next generation of major donors, including but not limited to camp and retreat alumni, parents, grandparents, community leaders and foundations.
