Rebecca grew up as a camper at Camp Ramah New England, participated in Ramah Israel Seminar, and later served on staff at Camp Ramah New England and Ramah Day Camp Greater DC, as a counselor and then a communications manager. Rebecca is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where she majored in marketing and minored in nonprofit leadership, and participated in the Ramah College Network.
